Wet chemistry LIMS for titration, KF, and bench testing

THE PROBLEM
Wet chemistry is the highest-volume, lowest-glamour testing in a QC lab, and it runs on bench meters and titrators that were never connected to anything. Readings go on a worksheet. The worksheet goes in a binder. Calibration status is a sticker.
The risk is not the science. It is a result accepted from a meter that was out of calibration, or a titrant whose standardization expired, and nobody catching it until the batch is out the door.
Labbit integrates bench meters and titrators directly, so a result can't be accepted from an instrument that's out of calibration or a titrant whose standardization has expired. Titrant and reagent lots are tracked per test, and equivalence points and drift compensation are calculated inside the workflow rather than on a separate worksheet.

Instruments and platforms

Does Labbit integrate with Metrohm and Mettler Toledo titrators?
Yes. Metrohm OMNIS and 917 Coulometer, Mettler Toledo Excellence and V30S, and SevenExcellence meters integrate for direct result capture.
Can Labbit enforce calibration before accepting a result?
Yes. Calibration and standardization status are checked at result entry. Expired status blocks acceptance and flags the instrument.
Is Karl Fischer water content supported?
Yes. Volumetric and coulometric KF are pre-configured with drift compensation and reagent lot tracking.
Are pH, conductivity, and osmolality captured directly?
Yes. Bench meter integration captures readings against the sample with calibration buffer and standard lots recorded.
