Viral vector production software for AAV and lentivirus
Transfection through purification and titer, with plasmid lot genealogy, harvest and clarification tracking, and characterization results tied to the vector lot.
THE PROBLEM
A vector lot starts with three or four plasmid lots at a defined ratio, and everything downstream depends on getting that genealogy right. Transfection, harvest, clarification, and purification each change the material and each has to be traced back to what went in, or the lot at release cannot be tied to the plasmids that made it.
Titer and characterization come from a different lab on a different timeline, and the vector lot is not releasable until VG titer, capsid ratio, and purity are all on the record. That assembly happens in email.
Labbit tracks multi-plasmid genealogy with ratio verification, records every production and purification step against the lot, and pulls ddPCR titer and characterization results into the vector lot record as they complete.
PRE-CONFIGURED WORKFLOWS
Built visually in BPMN, adapted to your lab, and changed without a vendor release.
Instruments and platforms

Does Labbit track multi-plasmid genealogy for transfection?
Yes. Each plasmid lot links to the vector lot with ratio calculation and transfection mix verification recorded.
Are both suspension and adherent AAV workflows supported?
Yes. Suspension in Sartorius and Thermo bioreactors and adherent in CellSTACK and iCELLis are pre-configured with per-serotype templates.
How do titer and characterization results reach the lot?
ddPCR VG titer, capsid ratio, and purity results attach to the vector lot through integration and workflow handoff from the QC lab.
Can Labbit handle lentiviral vector production?
Yes. LV workflows with packaging and envelope plasmid tracking and LV-specific hold time constraints are pre-configured.
