Immunoassay LIMS for plate-based testing at scale
ELISA, multiplex, and electrochemiluminescence assays with plate map generation, reader integration, curve fitting, and result evaluation against your criteria.
THE PROBLEM
Immunoassay volume is a plate problem. Standards, controls, and samples have to land in the right wells, the reader has to know the layout, and the curve fit has to be checked before any result is real. Most labs manage that with a plate map in Excel and a reader export they reformat by hand.
When a plate fails, the questions start. Which samples were on it, what was the control result, did the reagent lot change. The answers exist somewhere, but not in one place, and not fast.
Labbit generates the plate map, sends it to the reader, pulls raw data back, runs the curve fit, and evaluates every sample against acceptance criteria automatically. A failed plate flags every sample on it and routes them for repeat with the reason attached.

Instruments and platforms

Does Labbit generate plate maps and read results back?
Yes. Plate maps are generated from the worklist and sent to the reader; raw data returns to the plate record and results attach to each sample.
Which platforms are supported?
Absorbance and fluorescence plate readers, Luminex xMAP, Meso Scale Discovery, and automated clinical immunoassay analyzers.
Does Labbit do curve fitting and acceptance evaluation?
Yes. 4PL and other curve fits run inside the workflow, and every result evaluates against the criteria you configure, with automatic flagging and repeat routing.
Can Labbit handle multiplex immunoassays?
Yes. Multiplex panels on Luminex and MSD platforms are pre-configured, with per-analyte results on the sample record.
