Fill-finish and packaging software from aseptic fill to serialization
Aseptic filling, media fills, lyophilization, visual inspection, container closure integrity, capping, and serialized packaging, all on the batch record.
THE PROBLEM
Fill-finish is the most regulated stretch of the process and the most fragmented in the record. Fill weights on the line, environmental context from the EM program, interventions in the logbook, lyo cycle curves in the lyophilizer, inspection results on a separate system, and serialization in yet another.
A single vial's history spans all of those, and the batch record has to prove it. Assembling that for release, or for an investigation, means pulling six systems together under a release or recall clock that does not wait for the assembly to finish.
Labbit captures fill weights, interventions, and EM context against the filling batch, binds lyo cycle curves to the lot, records inspection results with defect classification, links CCIT dispositions, and builds the serialization aggregation hierarchy on the same record.

Instruments and platforms

Does Labbit capture interventions during aseptic filling?
Yes. Interventions are recorded against the filling batch with time, operator, and environmental context from the EM program.
Is lyophilization cycle data bound to the batch?
Yes. Shelf temperature and pressure curves from SP Hull and IMA Life lyophilizers attach to the lot with cycle deviation capture.
Are automated and manual visual inspection both supported?
Yes. AVI results with defect classification trending, and manual inspection with operator qualification tracking and re-qualification triggers.
Does Labbit support serialization and aggregation?
Yes. Serialization events and aggregation hierarchy with EPCIS-ready records are pre-configured.
