Batch Execution & Release

Batch testing and release LIMS for QC

Electronic batch records for QC, release and disposition, certificate of analysis generation, and lot traceability with every spec and deviation in one release decision.

THE PROBLEM

Where legacy LIMS break down

Batch release in QC is an assembly job. Every test result, every spec evaluation, every deviation, and every EM excursion during the batch window has to be pulled together before QA can sign. In most labs that is a checklist and a stack of printouts.

The certificate of analysis is rebuilt by hand from approved results, formatted per customer, and checked again because a transcription error on a CoA is a customer complaint.

Labbit assembles the release package from the live record: results, specs, deviations, and environmental context linked to the batch. QA dispositions with an electronic signature, and the CoA generates from approved results into templated formats. QC labs like Grant Industries and Momentive Technologies release on Labbit.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Labbit generate certificates of analysis?

+
-

Yes. CoAs assemble from approved results into templated formats per customer and market, with no manual transcription.

Can Labbit aggregate deviations and EM excursions into the release decision?

+
-

Yes. Deviations and environmental excursions during the batch window link to the batch and surface in the release view.

Is batch disposition electronically signed?

+
-

Yes. QA disposition uses 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signatures with role enforcement and a complete audit trail.

Does Labbit integrate with ERP and MES for release status?

+
-

Yes. Release status and CoA data pass to ERP and MES through integration so downstream systems see disposition without re-entry.
