Flow cytometry LIMS with panel-based review
Immunophenotyping, MRD, and cell-based assays with panel management, cytometer integration, and gated review that stays connected to the sample.
THE PROBLEM
Flow is panel-driven, and panels change. A new antibody lot, a new fluorochrome, a revised gating strategy, and suddenly the LIMS record and what actually happened at the cytometer are two different stories. Analysts do the real work in the acquisition software and the LIMS gets a summary.
For clinical flow, the review is the product. Gating decisions, reviewer identity, and the version of the panel all have to be defensible, and most labs hold that in the analysis software with a PDF attached to the LIMS, which shows the final gate, but not who set it, what version of the panel it ran against, or whether it matches the reviewer of record.
Labbit tracks the panel as a versioned entity with antibody lots attached, captures acquisition metadata from the cytometer, and runs review and sign-out inside the workflow with the analysis reference linked to the sample. Panel changes are configuration, not development.

Instruments and platforms

Which cytometers does Labbit integrate with?
BD FACSLyric and FACSCanto, Beckman Navios, and Cytek Aurora and Northern Lights. Acquisition metadata attaches to the sample and run records.
How does Labbit manage panels and antibody lots?
Panels are versioned entities with antibody lots attached. Every sample records which panel version and which lots it ran on.
Is review and sign-out handled in Labbit?
Yes. Review steps are role-enforced with electronic signatures, and the analysis reference links to the sample so the gated result is traceable.
Can Labbit support MRD and other quantitative flow assays?
Yes. Quantitative assays with defined acceptance criteria, including MRD, are pre-configured with result evaluation built in.
